Red Vanilla is a Sheffield based Training and Development consultancy specialising in management development, customer care and company/team Away Days. Red Vanilla is led by Jon Colman - Director and Consultant with Nicky Hine, Office Manager, providing financial and administrative support.
Jon Colman (pictured right) is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and an Approved Customer First Consultant. Nicky Hine has a PhD in Palaeontology ! We work with the public sector (our clients include University of Sheffield, Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Derbyshire Constabulary, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield City Council, Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, Burnley Borough Council) and with large and small businesses in the private sector.
