Red Vanilla is a Sheffield based Training and Development consultancy established in 2003 We have three specialisms: management development, improving customer experience and helping people get better at working together. Red Vanilla is led by Jon Colman - Director and Consultant with Nicky Hine, Office Manager, providing financial and administrative support.
Jon Colman (pictured right) is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and an Approved Customer First Consultant. Nicky Hine has a PhD in Palaeontology ! We mainly work with large public and private sector organisations. Our clients include Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Burnley Borough Council, Derbshire Constabulary, Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, PlusNet, Sheffield Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Tribal Group, University of Sheffield.
