One of uur favourite ice breakers is great to 'warm-up' a group of people at the start of a workshop or a team building event. We ask people to write down something that no-one else in the room knows about. Often we have people who have worked alongside each other for many years finding out new, interesting and sometimes eye brow raising facts about their colleagues and friends.
