Hi, welcome to the Red Vanilla website.

Red Vanilla is a Sheffield based Training and Development consultancy specialising in Management Development, Business Development, Customer Care, Company/Team Away Days and Investors in People.  Red Vanilla is led by Jon Colman - Director and Consultant with Nicky Hine, Office Manager, providing financial and administrative support. 

Jon Colman is a Chartered Member of the Chartered  Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Registered Specialist Investors in People Adviser.  Nicky Hine has a PhD in Palaeontology !   We work with the public sector (our clients include University of Sheffield, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield City Council, Yorkshire and Humber Assessment Limited) and with large and small businesses in the private sector.

Red Vanilla training and development programmes are fun and enjoyable, quick paced and invariably inspire people to put into practice what they’ve learnt.
