Red Vanilla is a Sheffield based Training and Development consultancy established in 2003. Red Vanilla is led by Jon Colman (pictured below) .

Jon Colman is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). We work with large public and private sector organisations as well as SMEs (Small and medium size enterprises.) Our clients include Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Burnley Borough Council, Derbyshire Constabulary, Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, PlusNet, Sheffield Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Tribal Group and the University of Sheffield.
