March 2008 -          University of Sheffield

The University of Sheffield, one of our best customers, has asked us to cover a maternity leave, part-time and temporary for one year. After careful consideration we've decided to accept this offer and so Jon Colman will be working part-time with the University's Staff Development team.

Consultants often offer advice and training about working in teams without actually working in a team, or for a large organisation themselves.  Joining the University for a temporary period will help give us recent up-to-date experience of the realities of organisational life from the inside! Normal Red Vanilla activities will continue!

February 2008 -      Burnley Borough Council - Customer Care Programme

Great news! We've been asked to deliver a council-wide Customer Care programme for Burnley Borough Council stating later this year. Running over 2 years and reaching 600 employees, this is going to be an exciting project for us.  It will involve a few nights away from home and Jon Colman expects to become very well acquainted with a wide range of Burnley curry houses during the course of this programme.

January 2008  -       Happy 5^th Red Vanilla Birthday

Red Vanilla will be 5 years old in January 2008.  All Birthday cards gratefully received, and any Birthday Cakes will be much appreciated.
