Customer First is the awarding body for Putting the Customer First ® - the National Standard for Customer Service. The Customer First standard is a great tool for helping organisations focus on their customers. The Customer First standard is simple, easy to use and is made up of 32 statements divided into three sections:
- Building Customer Relationships
- Makimising Market Awarness
- Developing Your People
We are currently working with three St John Ambulance county organisations as well as a National HQ on a Customer First pilot - as part of a national change programme that St John Ambulance is undertaking. (December 2008)
