Customer First

Jon Colman is an approved consultant able to advise organisations on implementing and achieving the Customer First Standard. 

Customer First is the awarding body for Putting the Customer First ® - the National Standard for Customer Service.  The Customer First standard is a great tool for helping organisations focus on their customers.  The Customer First standard is simple, easy to use and is made up of 32 statements divided into three sections:

  • Building Customer Relationships
  • Makimising Market Awarness
  • Developing Your People

We are currently working with three St John Ambulance county organisations as well as a National HQ on a Customer First pilot - as part of a national change programme that St John Ambulance is undertaking.
