2008/2009 We're working with Barnsely Hospital NHS Foundation Trust on an organisational development project called "Your Choice, Their Choice". Reflecting the national NHS patient choice agenda, Barnsley Hospital's Your Choice, Their Choice programme is made up of workshops for managers and front line staff covering the whole of the customer/patient experience.
Central to "Your Choice, Their Choice" is a 15 minute training film commissioned by the trust and shot inside the hospital, based on a real patient experience.
