2008/2009 "Here to Help" is the name we chose for Burnley Borough Council's council-wide Customer Care programme.
Starting in November 2008 and going through to September 2009 we're running a series of two 1/2 day workshops for approximately 600 employees looking at the customers' experience at Burnley Borough Council.
Here to Help isn't just a series of training courses - this is an organisational development programme aimed at helping service units continue to develop and expand the customer service and customer care they give to all of their various customers. |
