Facilitation of a whole organisation corporate away-day for SYPA involving a range of activities including presentations by teams, a Q and A session with Senior Leaders, and an introduction to personality types to help enhance team working.

Following our facilitation of the morning of the 2022 Professional Services team away-day, it was a pleasure to work with the 60 strong team, once again facilitating the morning of their 2023 Professional Services team away-day, held, as last year, in the Lambing Barn of the excellent Whirlow Hall Farm.
July 2023 – NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board
We delivered a one-hour session on Transactional Analysis, showing NHS employees how Eric Berne’s ideas on Parent, Adult and Child can be used in the workplace and at home to improve interactions. Our session was one of three external contributions to the ICB’s Eyes on Your programme of Health and Well-being events for employees.
Once again working with Lucy Owens Coaching co-facilitating an away day for approximatley 60 Professional Services team members, with the aim of helping build relationships between different teams.
February 2023 – Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust
Another opportunity for us to work with Lucy Owens Coaching co-facilitating a strategy day for the 60 strong People Directorate of the Trust, looking at how the People Directorate team members can contribute to the development and implementation of the Trust’s People Strategy.
August 2022 – Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
We have been working over the summer to update our Improving Patient Experience face to face workshop material ready for the September 2022 start of a programme of online workshops. The workshops are aimed at helping Sheffield Teaching Hospital staff respond to the challenging situations they face daily in the workplace.
June & July 2022 – Sheffield Health and Social Care Foundation Trust
We worked with Lucy Owens of Lucy Owens Coaching to design and co-facilitate two team building days for SHSC’s Recovery Service.
As part of a development day for SHSC’s leaders, in April 2022 we facilitated two of our popular ‘What Shape Are You?’ sessions, using Psychogeometrics TM. We’re also working with the wonderful Lucy Owens, designing and co-facilitating two events to further develop team-working within two large SHSC, teams.
April 2022 – University of Sheffield Translational Energy Research Centre (TERC)
We designed and facilitated a Team Building day for the 22-person research centre. The centre is undergoing growth and development and our input was aimed at helping the different teams within the centre work well together.
February 2022 – Working with our local acute NHS Trust
We’re working with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, providing a three-hour on-line workshop which aims to help staff respond to the challenges of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Our workshop, facilitated via Microsoft Teams, introduces staff to tools and techniques that will help them continue to provide a good if not excellent experience for patients, whilst working under Covid conditions.
December 2021 – Weston Park Cancer Charity
We were pleased to be asked to work with the Chief Executive, Chair and Board of Trustees of Weston Park Cancer Charity as they held their first face-to-face meeting since the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic. We designed and facilitated a Trustees’ development day with the aim of reviewing the organisation’s Strategic Plan.

2021 – University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW)
Responding to the Covid-19 pandemic, at the request of UHBW, we adapted a one-day face to face Patient Experience workshop into a 14 module blended learning programme. Branded ‘Here to Help‘, the programme consists of:
– Self-directed learning modules (designed using Articulate)
– Facilitated Group Workshops using Microsoft Teams
– Detailed facilitator’s notes to enable in-house facilitation
– Applying learning within the workplace
